UDO Drop In Day, Thursday May 12th

Get to know more about our new zoning & land development regulations for Maggie Valley! The plan is called the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and it will include a new Zoning Map for Maggie Valley. Sessions will be held throughout the day to give you an opportunity to learn more about the proposed plan and to get answers from your Town Planner!
