Maggie Valley became a Municipality on April 12, 1974.  Located at the crossroads of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Range, Maggie Valley is a community of friendly faces and beautiful natural spaces. The Town of Maggie Valley has been the active governmental body of the community since April 12th, 1974. Town Hall is located at 3987 Soco Road in the historical building that was once the Maggie Elementary School.
