Maggie Valley Fall Clean-up Day – Big Sweep Volunteers will meet at Town Hall on Saturday, September 17th, 2022.  The Big Sweep group will be cleaning along Soco Road in preparation for the fall decorations and beautiful fall colors.

If you would like to volunteer to help pick up roadside trash, please come to Town Hall, 3987 Soco Road, at 9am on Saturday September 17th.  Plan on volunteering for a couple of hours!

Volunteers should be prepared to work in the sun, get a little dirty, and possibly wet. Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring plenty of water. Trash bags, grabbers, and gloves will be provided. The event is sponsored by Haywood Waterways Association, Town of Waynesville, Town of Clyde, Town of Maggie Valley, Town of Canton, Haywood County Solid Waste, Pigeon River Outfitters, and Tennessee Valley Authority.

Please check back here for updates on the next opportunity!
