The Maggie Valley Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a Special Called Meeting on Thursday September 30, 2021, at 5:30 pm in the Town Hall Boardroom.
The purpose of the Special Called Meeting is to hear the following two cases.
1) The property owner of PIN 8607-71-9896, unit addressed 2404 A Dellwood Road, has applied for a special exception hearing with the Maggie Valley Zoning Board of Adjustment. The applicant is seeking approval for Automobile Service and Repair.
2) The property owner of PIN 7686-86-1324 (Off Soco Road between 2664/Citgo and 2716/Creekside Lodge) has applied for a special exception hearing with the Maggie Valley Zoning Board of Adjustment. The applicant is seeking RV-Planned Unit Development approval.
All meetings are open to the public. Oral and written comments will be accepted.
