Town Executive Assistant The Town of Maggie Valley is seeking a self-motivated, technology savvy team mate to serve as the administrative support employee for the Town’s Administrative Offices. Emphasis of the work is clerical and administrative support functions for Town Manager, as well as other departments as necessary and required. Work may include activities related to Social media, billing and collections, purchasing, customer service, records management, and other administrative support functions. The Town Hall is busy these days with a new covered addition being built in front of the Maggie Valley Community Pavilion. The Public Works Department is busy putting new picnic tables together to be placed under the new addition. All of this was made possible with grant funding from The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina Enhancement Grant Program. Thank you, Alderman Wise, for applying for the funding.

Memorial Day Holiday Schedule 2024 Monday, May 27th 2024 – We honor all military personnel who have died in active military service on Memorial Day. The Town of Maggie Valley offices will be closed on Memorial Day. The Haywood County Landfill is closed, so our trash and recycle pick-up schedule will be delayed one day.  Trash Pick-up will be on Tuesday from 7am until 5pm.  Recycle pick-up will be on Wednesday from 7am to 5pm.   Town Services will resume on Tuesday, May 28th. Town Hall will be open 8am to 5pm or you may contact us by phone @ 828/926-0866 or email @ info@maggievalleync.gov.  Have a safe and Happy Memorial Day!

Visioning Meeting The Board of Alderman will host a Visioning Session Wednesday March 27th at 12:00 Pm. To discuss projects, they would like to accomplish over the next fiscal year.
