The Town of Maggie Valley’s phone network is undergoing a system wide update that affects all phone lines at both Town Hall and the Police Department. Beginning at 7:00PM on Thursday October 31 through 7:00PM on Friday November 1 you may experience some disruption in service while trying to reach Town affiliated phone numbers. If you are having trouble reaching the Town by phone you can always reach us by email (info@maggievalleync.gov) or you may simply try calling back at a later time. Our phone system upgrade will not impact your ability to call 911 for emergency situations. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and appreciate your patience but our new phone system is designed to better serve you!
