As the Town of Maggie Valley continues to recover from Hurricane Helene the Planning Department is working diligently to implement and enforce our floodplain ordinance. This will help ensure less impact during future events and can help to save life and property. We are proud of our community and appreciate the cooperation of our fellow citizens.

TROPICAL STORM HELENE DISASTER RECOVERY ENGINEERING AND MITIGATION SERVICES
The Town of Maggie Valley is seeking the services of qualified engineering consultants to assist in the assessment of damages to public facilities and infrastructure caused by Tropical Storm Helene.
The Town will receive Statements of Qualifications from interested firms until 12:00 pm EST, Friday, January 24
