Volunteers Needed Every Day

From the Office of the Town Planner

Any work outside of “clean-up” of debris and mud etc.. may require a permit for the Town of Maggie Valley and Haywood County Building Inspections.

Please come by Town Hall at 3987 Soco Road or email scullen@maggievalleync.gov and ntaylor@maggievalleync.gov to inquire if your project needs permitting.
These permits are very important for flood damage prevention in the future. Work without a permit may be subject to penalty and removal.

The Town of Maggie Valley has waived the fees for the permits.
